By now? Some areas could easily be to wet yet to deal with PP acres or guys are pressed for time with trying to get done with side dressing on corn, spraying corn and beans, cutting hay, and etc. They are going to do those things first and I would not blame them. Personally I have taken care of all my PP acres except for 6 acres it has been to wet.

All of the above, plus.... beating down PP weeds is just a discouraging and miserable job. It’s not the sort of thing you get excited about to go out and run from 7am till midnight.
