NeMO | I wouldn't. How long since your last rain? There might not be anything else come up if it's been awhile since your last rain and a while before the next one. Outlook takes the least amount of rain to activate that I know of. Same conundrum here, but I did had something down at planting. Mostly clean. If there was rain in forecast I would be posting now with residual. But the way it looks I'm going to hold off as long as I can and leave the residual out
