It's been my experience that more pork is ruined by the person doing the cooking than anything else.


100% -- those fat, old hogs living in a water hole yrs. ago sure don't look as appetizing as ones out of modern confinement---personally I think todays Pork tastes better,less fat ,more healthy.......To OP seen a Professor from a renowned University promoting eating "organic" and live longer/healthier as HE claimed more healthy,higher levels of all nutrients,ect. which tests have shown is BS .....biggest food problem today is nobody in Canada or US has ever not had too much food,,,
