Missouri

I don't remember the name now, but it's in addition to lidocaine and can be given iv or im if I remember right.

There were a some studies done a decade or so ago that showed a significant difference in pain management with the dual injection vs just lidocaine and ever since it's been the only option at both of what I would call my higher end vets. My main vet won't even do surgical, which is fine with me 95% of the time. It's probably not even an expensive drug, they just make a big deal out of it and of course you get to see how big of a deal it is on the bill.
