SC MN | I think I would look for some retired farmers who would like to earn a little extra money. Going to be hard to find good part time help because the good workers will want a full time job. These aren't 1099 workers because you're providing the equipment and telling them when they have to show up. A true independent contractor (1099) would have their own equipment and work at their own discretion. | |
