Central Nebraska
It really depends on the hybrid and row spacing. We usually do 25# on 7.5" spacing and haven't had much problem with blow down. The only time we had a real problem was a storm came through with 70+ mph winds which I imagine would wreck about any stand. We windrow it and dry bale it which works fine. A few neighbors either kemper it or hit with a discbine and pickup head. Keep in mind this is for Central Nebraska and our seed is locally sourced.
