fuel filter head for Case IH 995 tractor, part number: 3144992R91.
It has been discontinued and no longer available through Case IH.
The OP is showing two different filter heads. One accepts a spin on element. The lower illustration is of the original CAV style filter head that uses a 1/4” diameter bolt to hold the element or water separator between the head and base. I suppose he is looking for the former style because the latter is commonly available from a variety of sources.
