You can lower the air pressure in the front and rear tires down to almost nothing and they ride really good. It's the hard rear tires that make them so harsh. Only problem is with the constant turning direction you will spin them off the rims. If you really want to run them low psi you have to put screws in the sides of them like a drag slick on a drag race car. That works really well. Rides much better.
