No knives of any size, chapstick is fine. No more than 4 oz of any liquid. Walk thru slowly without hitting the sides of the x-ray and you are good to go. Never take my belt (loop buckle) off and have a spare key in my wallet and have never set it off. Buy an el cheapo knife if you are carry on only when you get there if you need or pack one in your checked bag.
