Brooks, MN | In my opinion, the best option would be to plug the Internet connection directly into the Xbox One. Then reboot the Xbox to grab a valid IP address. Eliminating the router from the equation will isolate the problem, which I'd guess is latency with your Internet connection. Then you can weigh your options.
Of course, this should be just for testing and then switched back as you'll have no firewall protection on the Xbox. I don't see that as a big concern, but worth mentioning. | |
