Subject: N Loss and Topdressing

Prairie Home MO
I applied nh3 at a 150lb actual rate March 20th. I planted corn April 20th. Corn is 4-6 ft tall and looks good somehow. We’ve had 15-20 inches of rain since I applied nh3. Ground has a cec around 10. How much N do you think I’ve lost? If we get cooler temps through the dog days of summer I think the potential is there for 180-200+ bushel corn. I’ll be using an ammonia nitrate and ammonium sulfate blend. How much should I apply? I was thinking a 50-0-0-12 blend but idk how much I’ve lost. If it gets much taller before it dries out enough to run the coop recommends flying it on instead of trying to spin it on. Is the burn any worse with a plane? TIA

Edited to add: Is ammonium nitrate and sulfate fairly stable with an added stabilizer?
