It's going to take a week before it's even dry enough to do either and with a week of warm dry weather in the forecast the corn may very well shape up and not look so pitiful by then. We've got both corn and beans to spray, beans to replant, and some side dress liquid to do before cultivating. There's a very good chance it doesn't end up happening.
