how big is it? IDK. Dicamba not a good choice probably. I would not spray a pass or two along there. Would a privacy fence on one or two sides help?
Putting the garden on the property line is his right but not a good idea. Better than planting a bunch of trees, ever greens on the property line. That really irks me.
