Flandreau SD | Got a call to rent some PP acres. Although I’m sure it’s not totally alright to call it renting the adjusters said there is no where in the rules that says you can’t rent out. So question is what’s it worth. Know the acres are PP’d and there is fertilizer out on field now. I was thinking on figuring out what i take out for nutrients on my cover crop to be baled, and pay him based off that. He has no use for hay or anything so not interested in sharecropping | |
