Did you go through and set up the product again after plugging it in so the sections are assigned to the product and the valve is set to the correct one? Revision shouldn't matter. How small of boxes are you talking, could you be meaning he terminators? If so, they shouldn't be the issue, since the Envizio Pro is apparently communicating with the SwitchPro.
