Just to avoid "confusion" (if that is possible!), using the Henderson tool IS a knife cutting procedure. In all knife cut situations you still MUST severe the artery and vein (and other tissue that connects the nut to the rest of the body) and the Henderson tool is one way to do that. And the twist-till-it-breaks action it provides MOST LIKELY will result in less post-procedure bleeding than pulling, crimping or cutting...... (But as you probably know, when dealing with living things, the only thing 100% is dying!)
