southern MN | I belive there is a labeling restriction of 7 days to wait between spraying any old 24D and plant soybeans.
Might have been best to wait the 7 days and then plant 24D beans.
We are told they should grow in those conditions, and would be meeting the legal paperwork restrictions.
Charge the coop the added cost of getting your seed switched around.
Perhaps the better weed control might balance out the week delay in planting, or whatever additional considerations both sides wish to work out. Lot of grey area and hard to ever be made whole I guess.
Sure wouldn’t want to sit around and do nothing, waiting.....
