Austin MN | We do something similar. We strip till MAP in the fall, usually around a 200lb rate. Then we apply 10 gal 32% on the planter 2x0. Then we come back with 2 shots of urea and ams mixed over the top with our airplanes. With the airplanes to dress is really fast. We can do 600 acres in about 8 hours or so.
The only thing I dont like about it is we have to catch a rain with those top dress passes. I've never had a problem before but that isn't to say it couldn't happen | |
