WC IL | Local sheriff and prosecutor won't hardly prosecute property crimes. Thieves and vandals pretty much can do whatever they want, The response from law enforcement is they tell you to just turn it in to insurance. They don't want to prosecute if it will cost the county to do so, but will go after anyone where they have committed a crime where they can confiscate vehicles or other property they can sell to buy fancier patrol vehicles. | |
