West central Ohio		540 PTO? Depending on the tractor, shutting the engine off will allow you to turn the tractors PTO by hand. If not, get yourself a crow bar and put it in the baler PTO knuckles and turn it that way. Be careful not to break of the grease zerk inside the knuckles though
