Brillion or herd spreader. Small grass seeds and drills don't go together. Spread the fertilizer and if you don't have a roller, harrow it good. You can use one of those cheap 3pt spreaders but a herd is way better. Spread the seed and walk off. DO NOT roll or harrow small seed in.
