SW Wisconsin | I grew up about 15 mins from this farm. It’s mostly wooded and pasture ground. Also, it’s some good hill country too. The tillable bottoms flood every year. The buildings even sold very very cheap in my opinion.. I know the family was really debating on selling due to the prices being below average. To give you an idea. They had some of this farm for sale before the auction. Parcel 1 plus the little price of ground between tract 1 & 2 which added up to 190 acres. Asking price was $664,900. I’d assume very high possibility they refused the sale prices on majority of the land.
