It's always helpful to name the device and web browser you are using. For example, iPhone users seem to have this problem more frequently lately. Lots of people say it's about deleting cookies. That's not quite the right area. Look for history.
In Internet Explorer on a Windows computer, get into Internet Options, then General tab and look at browsing history. make sure you don't have "delete browsing history on exit" checked.
