Coons and groundhogs are clean animals, just dont think i could get myself to eat the possum though

Huh. I was under the impression that coon was the riskiest of the three.

Beaver is said to be a different sort of a beast. According to the story I heard second hand-- Beaver is a very strong meat. You need to give your body time to adjust to it by eating increasing amounts of it. The teller of the story said that he ignored this advice, and chowed into the first beaver that he was served one fall. A few hours later, he was heading out to his tree stand. As he was cutting across a large field surrounded by woods, he realized that it was time to go! What option did he have, but to squat down and do his business right there. He knew for a fact that the woods edge surrounding that field was host to multiple occupied tree stands. He also knew that every tree stand was going to have a pair of binoculars trained on him, watching him take a dump. But courtesy of that beaver, he had no other choice.
