We cancelled a little one. $200 a year wasn't too bad for 20'*30' no power, but we wanted to put in a field entrance. We just did the paperwork and they came and cut the old poles off at the ground that they couldn't pull. I pulled them up. I don't think they had anything into it, or it could have been more difficult.
