Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Old trick is to check area/hour and volume/minute. This splits the problem between a speed or flow meter problem. Seems as if you must be getting area/hour as the area is accumulating. This would lead to suspect a problem on the flow side. Seems as if you have replaced the flow meter and did a continuity test on the cables. You can do a voltage test on the cable end that goes to the flowmeter. One pin is ground, you should see 5V or more to that pin from each of the other pins. There may be a problem with power or ground coming out of the module.
