East of Broken Bow | See if you can find jeans that use a plastic button, instead of a metal one. They are hard to find, but out there. It may actually be easier to remove the metal one, and get a plastic button sewn in.
As for the belt, that is the easy part. Google belts for airline travelers, and you will find all sorts of non-metallic belts/buckles. They are designed not to set off metal detectors so travelers don't have to remove their belts at airports, but should work good for your situation.
