NW Central Ohio | ...If you get a really good stand of wheat like that....then give it a late application of glyphosate in the fall, with maybe some 2,4-D or Dicamba and simazine, you will have good erosion control, good weed control...and you won't need a burn down in the spring. It may however be a problem if you're in an area that doesn't dry out because of heavy clay soils. Need soil that drains.
