sounds like a good idea.This is not the year to put on n with coulters side dressing. I did somewhat the same thing with my 132 foot sprayer only 20 gallons to the acre but had a rain coming in 2 hours and 240 acres to do finished in the rain and its all done over a half of inch of rain now and still raining
