If you were using a grazing radish, maybe that much,but the brassicas at 1# in a multi species mix still try to take over. Lots of seed in a point of radish and even more in turnip and rapeseed. Might add some.millet and or sorghum if and even cowpea and or sunhemp to you mix for more diversity, but still winter kills. I know an 8" tile fits on the meter units of a white planter as guys have blocked off every other row on their bull tanks and put radish in the tile hoppers. Not an issue for beans, but for future reference if that would work on your planter.
