Since ours are not due until February, we have plenty of time. If buying a used truck, Minnesota seems to give you some "grace" on the first go round. Some offices, at least, realize that the Feds are slow on getting them back and you might want to drive the truck right away. After that first grace year then you need to have the stamped form indicating that you've paid or are exempt before they will give you the new tags. |
