We are building a new house and spray foaming the entire house. Walls will have 3 inches of foam. We are doing wassau diamondkote smart siding. I has someone tell me to not side until after spray foaming because of the movement from expansion spray foam can cause. Has anyone heard of this or seen firsthand. Thanks.
It is possible..... it has happened on steel sheeting on pole sheds.
If your sidewall sheeting is stiff and thick enough, the chance of foam bow is very slight, but possible. |
