Or have the clipping all jammed into my radiator? Why would anyone blow/throw anything into any road? The same people here that blow their grass into the road on purpose are the same ones that push their snow out there too.
Around here they wait till it's a foot high and hog mow it at 1" while herding it toward the road to dispose of it.
