| I passed an IL Idot tractor mowing road banks yesterday. The grass clippings were going into the road.
I think the news said it's illegal in some jurisdictions, just not sure about the whole state.
That accident was in Knox county. The wife hit her husband as he was slowing down to warn other drivers about the grass clippings. So, did the grass clippings "cause": the accident or the driver's error in hitting her husband from behind? | |
