| Well intentions program to help those that need it, but it will be ruined and taken advantage of by all the wrong people. I get the idea for guys like you who can't feed an insurance check, but the hog farmers also can't feed a forage crop either. For guys with no livestock it's an even worse idea. All the market talk guys trying to figure out how to get the most acres under pp so they can get paid for not doing anything, now they will be figuring out what hay crop to plant on those acres, just to be able to sell a crop of the acres that they already got paid to not have a crop on.
