When I shut off the master switch on my 4430 (or the sections shut off from section control) the two outermost sections are slow.  I've changed most of the nozzle bodies because I thought I just has some bad check valves but its valve related.  I swapped out one of them this evening and tried it out while cleaning the machine out and it didn't make any difference but I'm not sure the system was totally primed either.  I know the actuators go bad sometimes.  Is there something else I should check out?
