I have good luck with Compeer. Everyone in our local office are long time employees from Farm Credit. Its more “corporate” now with some small things.
Boils down to the employees you work with.
I disagree with your last statement. I thought when we were with FCS the local staff was fine. However the people that really make the decisions located off in some far off land that you will never meet or even know who they are is where the problems lie. And that's not just FCS either, that's all big lenders. Lending with the big lenders have just turned into well paid paper hander-outers and not real loan officers, all decisions are not made locally and that's not good for anyone. |
