SE VA/NE NC
Today we changed to the low flow meter. For some reason the high flow was plugged in the monitor ad a 550cal and the sticker had 1440...but it was always spot on with rate. So im a bit lost there.

New meter is 1420 cal so we put that in. Then adjusted valve cal from 43 to 73.

It ran fine today like that. But the way its acted in the past, it may take a few days spraying to really see.

One thing thats always happened and seemed magnified today. I can be spraying at 60psi full boom width, get to an end, back into a corner and take off and it will go hundreds of yards saying its perfectly on rate at 30-40psi and slowly increase to 60psi...all while being on rate. I dont see how i could possibly be on rate at half the pressure, same speed.

I have a pretty new pwm control valve and electrical box that plugs to it so I dont think the issue is there. Replaced all of that trying to hunt down a hydraulic pulse awhile back.

Good info on the PW preset. Ill change that to 0 next time. This sprayer came with all of these presets so I really have never understood what any did.
