North Central Kansas | I think....think... not 100% but thought... if you are hauling hay for your OWN use there is a different set of rules for strapping it down VS hauling to sell, or being paid to haul for someone else. Least here in KS I see lot of farmers that don't strap up when going to their farm, vs the OTR that do.
What I am talking about is 1 mile country rock road. I could use my semi to pull it, but like the idea of the tractor with better traction, more pulling power out of the field, and just go easy.
