what do you think it is like to work in a dead end factory job every year.
I still work as a temp in the winter at the place I was full time at for 5 years, that place seems to get worse every time I go back. The job itself isn't horrible, rather the poor management and bad attitudes of some that work there. Sure makes someone appreciate being ones own boss for several months out of the year when the factory management is a bunch of you know whats.
Plenty of full time factory workers that complain about a lack of money, often starting pay at a place isn't that great and might take a few years to climb the ladder high enough to get decent pay, but then factor in kids (expensive!) and how as a persons income goes up the amount they spend goes up the same... Many can't (or shouldn't) be buying those fancy toys. | |
