Shelby, MT | Quickbooks will help you make invoice out quicker than by hand and help keep track of them way better than before. Don't expect the program to eliminate you bookkeeping workload. The work is still going to be there, and stuff still needs entered. All the different accounts and such you describe sounds daunting to me and once you get program set up and understand it's layout I am guessing you will need your accountant to help set it up so it helps you and them.
Side note, if you didn't have a retail side with invoice, I would say QuickBooks isn't needed and quicken would do simple book keeping. | |
