Sounds like you have ALS resistant kochia. If the kochia is very big there is nothing you can do. Back before gmo canola there was talk of labeling dicamba on canola a low rate. This of course is off label. I also heard of Tordon being used on canola. If you look at the NDSU guide notice which herbicides are weak on mustard.
