They planted a lot of cover crop for grazing and calves will likely really do well on radishes and Kale and Sorgum sudan and peas oats and barley. They are on winter wheat now. Grazing winter wheat is far more profitable than trying to raise and sell grain. We are so remote that grain trucking costs are crazy high if you can even get someone to truck it. | |
