western iowa,by Denison | feeder calves this year will be very price sensitive to feed cost more so then any other time-I wonder if a cow man would not be better hedge to own corn-wither physical or cme-with typically a feeder steer being worth 250 bushel of corn value-
maybe every 20 head of steers owning 5,000 bu of corn
you can buy a $5 call for Dec for around $1,000 value's revert back to price of corn on just about everything ag related to corn
