Central Missouri | They are not horrible sales if they work for them in their business management and cash flow needs. To call them horrible sales is to market as a speculator. What you consider a horrible sale could be a game changer for the better for the person who made it.
Would you consider a sale at 5 a horrible sale if it went to 5.25. A horrible sale at 7 if price went to 7.75?
