C IL		Maybe a different way is to say it is risky.

1. All the eggs in one basket, contravenes typical investment strategy.

2. Texas hedged, long production plus the market.

3. Leverage can add up the hurt, fast.

4. Possible front load fees, etc.

Definitely risky.
