Do you access to Banamine (flunixin meglumine).  (Maybe a neighbor has some or call your local vet.)  I would give this calf a dose of that and try to get it to swallow a pint  or so of vegetable or mineral oil.  (Could put that in esophageal feeder...)

Basically like treating colic in a horse.  Sometimes it is a simple as an air bubble causing discomfort, sometimes it is as complicated as a loop a bowel through and strangulated in a mesenteric tear.  So sometimes they make it and sometimes they don't.  Do what you can and pray for the best.
