Subject: JD 4920 sprayer hydro problems.

NE SD
Replaced all 8 hydraulic hoses that go to wheel motors. Double checked all hoses routed correctly. Went down road to my first intersection and it felt fine but went to slow down and it wouldn’t stop. Pulled hydro lever in reverse and still won’t stop. Had to shut off engine to keep from rolling through intersection. Got it into field across the road and thought maybe air in the system. Moved lever from forward to park several times...reverse to park several times. Same thing. Will not stop creeping forward. Tried holding in reverse and pumping brakes as we replaced those lines as well. Suddenly started working in reverse but not forward very well. Only 2 mph at full throttle. Acts like brake is dragging sometimes but only in forward now.

Tried forward park reverse ark forward park etc. no change. Now it just doesn’t want to move either direction very well. Sprayer tech says no bleed procedure just gotta work the air out but I have abused this thing for 1/2 hr moving lever from forward to park reverse park etc. no change.

Oil level in tank actually came up now either cause oils hot or air getting in system somewhere? Any thoughts?
