Kind of tough to tell size but is it possibly a dresser caddy to put jewlery or store other accessory type things on/in?
The half rounded saddles on the sides have me a bit stumped to what you would hang there. On second thought, maybe its a bathroom caddy where you would put rolled up hand towels there?
