S.C. Wisconsin | Since we winter in Arizona I became acquainted with water filters because of poor quality water and had the same problem used a big channel lock pliers to remove them. Like Ernie stated I started using vaseline on the treads and gaskets and problem ended. Most of the time I can hand tighten them and they come lose much easier. I have done the same thing on the ones on my house now. | |
